• Don't know how I missed this:  Twenty-five years later, Natalie Babbitt is back.  Her new book is due out next month -- and is about a pirate!  I clearly need to go on a Babbitt kick to celebrate.
• More on the stupid Anne prequel.  I don't care if it's good.  Don't care, don't care, don't care.  It's just WRONG!  Wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong.  Wrong wrong.  Oh, dear.  I've started frothing again.
• For anyone who didn't see the news over at Fuse (rhyme intended):  Chris Columbus is gearing up to direct the movie version of Rick Riordan's The Lightning Thief.  (Thanks for the reminder, Heather!)
