Lamplighter update.

As promised, I handed the Monster Blood Tattoo books to Josh -- and the experiment has been a resounding success.  He blew through the first one this weekend, and he was up quite late last night with Lamplighter.

At one point, he asked, "Wait, is this just going to be a trilogy?"  I said I was pretty sure that was the case, and he was hugely disappointed.  D. M. Cornish, wherever you are, my husband wants more than "just a trilogy", starring Rossamünd or someone new.  Specifically, he'd like a book set on the high seas.

So there you have it:  the books very definitely have adult appeal.  (Either that or my campaign to bring Josh over to the YA is succeeding splendidly.) 

Also, I think he's got a crush on Europe.
