Entertainment Weekly's New Classics.

Yes.  So Entertainment Weekly has come up with their list of 100 best reads from 1983-2008.

It's a totally bizarre mish-mash, with less than five titles that I wasn't familiar with, so I assume that the criteria was something along the lines of:  "Well, if it wasn't a HUGE bestseller, an Oprah pick or controversial in some way, it at least needs to have won an award of some sort."

I've read about a quarter of them.  Including the stupid Da Vinci Code.
