A new obsession.

The First Page feature at Dear Author, in which authors send in a first page to be "read and critiqued by the Dear Author community of authors, readers and industry others."

It seems like it's something that could be extremely helpful... if it doesn't make the author feel like putting her manuscript (or her head) down the garbage disposal.
