The Battle of the Kids' Books...

...started yesterday, and A Conspiracy of Kings has already been knocked out.

As I said to @LizB, as much as I loved the book and as much as I love the series, I have to agree with Judge Dana Reinhardt that it doesn't quite work as a standalone, so I understand her decision.

Also, I can't believe I haven't read that Deborah Wiles book yet. Love her.
