Titles I've written about:
Tall, Dark and Dead (2006):
It's a perfectly serviceable—I can't think of any major complaints, but I also can't think of any real highlights—adult paranormal romance, but nothing to get excited about unless you're dying for an urban paranormal with a large dollop of astrology.
Vampire Princess series:
Almost to Die For (2010):
I picked up Almost to Die For because I was feeling like something that wouldn't take any work on my part. Which it didn't. And, you know, the author plays with some themes that haven't been Done To Death in the whole Twilight-Readalike-Pile-On, so that was nice.
Almost Final Curtain (2011):
The take on vampires—that they're like "blood-drinking elves" who love nature—is fun. Because they aren't all suave and whatnot. They're more apt to run around barefoot and climb trees than wear capes or drive Volvos. So that's nice.
